Is there parking(s) available?

The majority of our units offer parking under certain maintenance costs. Everything will be explained to you during the rental.

Are my heating and/or lighting costs covered by Savage?

On certain occasions, heating and/or lighting costs may be covered by the Savage Group. However, a special agreement will have to be made between the tenant and the landlord.

What happens if I decide to resign my lease?

You are responsible for your lease until the end of the signed term. However, if we have to resign, we will be open to finding common ground. We will take the necessary steps to help you in your efforts and ensure a smooth transition to your new home.

What is my responsibility for the keys?

  • The tenant is responsible to duplicate the keys, if necessary.
  • At the end of the lease, the tenant must return all keys in his possession.

What should I do if I have a major plumbing or electrical problem?

In the event of a major problem, it will be imperative to follow the procedure that we shared with you when signing the lease. Any problem will be solved as quickly as possible with the help of a professional worker.

Is a credit check necessary to rent your apartments?

A credit investigation is mandatory.

A $40 fee will be charged for the investigation.

What will happen on key handover day?

  • We'll discuss on what to do with your mail and your garbage
  • We'll visit the apartment with you to answer any of your questions
  • You'll be given the key

What are the steps to rent an appartement?

  1. Contact Groupe Savage to plan a visit by clicking 'Contact us' section on the website;
  2. Visit of the apartment;
  3. Provide the necessary information to do a credit investigation;
  4. A member of our team will contact you to confirm whether your investigation is successful;
  5. Planning the key delivery with the responsible person.

What is the procedure to follow when SAVAGE confirms that the apartment is rented to me?

  1. On PLEXFLOW, complete and sign the Pre-Authorized Debit Authorization Form and lease agreement.
  2. A Savage team's member will contact you to plan a key handover.

Am I allowed to have a pet?

Yes, small pets can be allowed.

However, there is an agreement to be made between the owner and the tenant to formalize.

Can your units be rented furnished or semi-furnished?

​It is possible for a unit to be fully or semi-furnished, but on very rare occasions. This option is only possible for lofts or 2 1/2.
